About 17% of American households have given up their land lines and rely entirely on their cell phones. This same group has increased their cell phone usage by 40% but only an increase cost of 10% because much of it is already covered. Single individuals save on average $33 per month. Couples with two cell phones save around $26 per month. Families with teenagers save less.

While you sleep your brain is not on vacation. In fact it is working hard and solving the problems you give it. And it is solving them in new and innovative ways. So if you have a big problem sleep on it and you may find the answer. Ask your boss if he would install an EnergyPod at work for those short naps to improve your problem solving. They are now in a number of innovative businesses such as P&G, Cisco, Google and others.

Medicare was written when we lived for shorter periods of time and long term care was not common. Things have changed. But most expenses associated with caregiving are still not covered by medicare and unless the law is rewritten, will not be. But medicare is reaching out to caregivers with infomation that may help short of paying for it. Remember that medicare does not have a long term care provision.
