A recent survey showed that the number of employed individuals over 65 has doubled since 1977 compared to a 59% increase in those over 16 years. Also there is a shift in the number of older workers who work full time. 56% of 65+ workers are working full time up from 44% in 1995.

Consider the cost of selling your home – fees. Now your new home will need to appreciate enough to offset the fees for both sell and buying your new home. That does not usually happen quickly especially in todays market. Projections for the housing market seem to indicate that over the next 7+ years your investment may appreciate enough to cover the fees. So don't sell unless you plan to stay in your new home at least 7 years.

Many people who own cars that require high test gas to perform properly are switching to regular gas. They are willing to put up with the reduces power and noise that results from using regular gas when high test is required.
