		<description>communication is always an interesting topic...And most of it is done non verbally.  It is so easy to detect exactly what people are thinking by their expressions and body movements.  Saying one thing and thinking another...We all have become really good at this.  It leads to the next topic..customer care...and businesses today are going to have to hone their skills on this one...As...business is no longer an automatic...And with dwindling funds all expenditures are being rethought.</description>
