Show Notes:

Ymax offers a USB adaptor for your phone.  You plug the magicJack into your computer and wait for the software to install.  Then you plug in you phone jack to the other end of the magicJack.  You now have a voice over IP phone.  Just complete the registration and for $20.00 a year you can make all the nationwide calls you want.  You can use your current phone number or pick up a local phone number from Ymax.

I have not tried the $39.95 magicJack but it is getting a lot of press.  The voice quality is reported to be superb.  There are a lot of bells and whistles you can use such as voice mail, caller ID and call waiting.  And the voice mail works even when you computer is turned off.

Now this product is in beta testing now.  More features are expected soon including international calling.

Now there are two requirements:  a computer with broadband Internet connection.

Why not try their 30 day free trial?  Go to www.ymaxcorp.com for more information.
