Believe it or not, LEGO's are 50 years old. That is hard for me to believe because I remember when they first came out. They were extremely popular then and have remain popular ever since.
Legos were born in Denmark on January 28, 1958. Started in USA in 1973. Some facts I found are: 7 sets are sold around the world every second and there are more LEGOS out there then people and there are 6 billion people in the world.
This is one idea that has stood the test of time and is still growing.
