ICE is In Case of Emergency
This is a recommended entry into you cellphone address book. The entry is called ICE and the phone number is to your emergency contact person.
Why would you add this to your cell phone? For emergencies! The emergency personnel can then call the ICE number and learn important information about you. It could save you life.
So add ICE to your phone number.
