 The Next-Gen PC Design competition produced an entry called AlphaGrip HC.  It has a 3 inch screen, hand held and with an ergonomic keyboard.  Claims that your text speed will increase more than 200%.  There are key combinations for multiple short cuts.  This is targeted to students, teachers, doctors, gamers and software engineers.
