Is breakfast the most important meal of the day?  Many people have said that over the years.  A recent study of adolescents showed that those that ate breakfast each day had a lower BMI and exercised more.

Why this should be is unknown but perhaps it raises the insulin levels and they feel satisfied so they eat less junk food.  No one is sure how it works.

So our grandmothers were right again.  Eat you breakfast to grow up strong and thin.
