Baby Boomer Health – Authorized Generic Drugs
Welcome to this weeks edition of Baby Boomer Health – Authorized Generic Drugs
Show Notes:
A generic drug is a drug produced after its patent has expired. An authorized generic is the brand name company sell it's drug as a generic. They can get approval easily from the FDA because the brand is already approved. And for 180 days they can be the only generic available. Other generic producers see this as an unfair advantage.
