New drugs come out everyday. They have great randomized controlled studies that show how effective they on under certain circumstances.
But are they better then the "old" drugs? If they are better, how much better and what will that cost? Is it worth the cost?
There are very few studies that answer the cost effectiveness of the new drugs. They only place you might get answers is by doing research on the web and asking your health care provider.
