Stretch to Prevent Injuries
I have been told many times the stretching before and after exercise reduces the risk of injury and the discomfort that comes a day or more after the exercise. It is just not true.
Numerous studies have reached this conclusion. Now may experts say that what may work is a quick warm-up – like low impact aerobics or walking. It also helps to ease into your workout routine.
Sapped by fatigue – exercise
Fatigue is one of the most common health symptom. It can be associated with any one of many diseases and conditions. However about 25% of those with fatigue are not associated with any known disease.
A study of these individuals showed that by exercising – low intensity exercise – resulted in a 65% drop in the feeling of fatigue and increasing the feelings of energy. How it works is anyone's guess.
