A recent online poll by Ouch Point of 1092 respondents indicated 90% shop online and 1/5th make purchases.
Frustrations found:
around 25% found purchased items having no resemblance to their online image
around 25% inability to talk to some one about the order
19% dislike learning an item was on backorder after it was added to the cart
14% frustrated with payment malfunctions
8% confused with unclear return policies
6% don't like unclear shipping information
6% disliked not receiving an acknowledgement after the sale
ICongo, Inc survey showed that 33% of online adults are more likely to buy online because of the high price of gasoline
