How do you motivate yourself to exercise?
Here are some ideas:
Reward yourself after you finish exercising – magazine, TV show
Punish yourself if you miss an exercise session – put money in a jar to spend on repairs
Review your goals every day
The hardest part of exercising is starting so just do it
Visualize a great workout and feeling good afterwards
Listen to music during the session
Good luck and keep exercising.
