You can get an amazing amount of exercising in during the day…try walking a little faster wherever you are. Bend over when you can, clean your house energetically with music. Buy some light weights and do all the arm exercises you can. Remember to stretch and look into yoga and pilates. You do not have to go to a class…just do it at home…carol stanley author of "For Kids 59.99 and Over"
