A recent study of individuals were shown negative, neutral and positive pictures. The people participating were between the ages of 18 to 80. Results showed that people over 55 are more positive. No one is sure why.
Brain waves of individuals over 55 indicated they had diminished attention to negative images. Those over 55 pay less attention to negative images than younger people.
So no matter your age try to spend less attention to the negatives. What are your thoughts?
